Who is responsible for your information

GLOZA, operated by GLOZA Photography, is responsible for the personal information collected through this website and photography service. Privacy enquiries can be sent to glowgazeme@gmail.com.

Information collected

Depending on your interaction with GLOZA, information may include your name, contact details, age confirmation, enquiry content, location and travel information, appointment history, preparation forms, agreements, consent choices, internal service notes, documents, image selections and communications.

Why information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, assess and arrange services, manage travel and appointments, prepare and deliver photography, keep records of agreements and consent, maintain security, handle requests and provide follow-up support. GLOZA does not require marketing-image permission as a condition of enquiry or service.

Photographs and publication

Private client images are not automatically approved for public use. Any permission for GLOZA to publish identifiable photographs on its website, Instagram or other named channels is requested separately. Permission can be limited to selected finished images and specific uses. A client may later ask GLOZA to stop future publication under that permission.

Legal grounds

Processing may be necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a photography agreement, to perform an agreed service, to meet legal obligations, to protect legitimate business and security interests, or where you have made a specific consent choice.

Who receives information

Information is restricted to GLOZA and service providers genuinely required to operate the website, communications, secure storage and professional delivery. Information is not sold. A current list of material processors will be maintained as the production platform is completed.

Retention

Information is retained only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, legal and accounting requirements, dispute handling, consent evidence and secure service records. Test and abandoned setup records are removed. A detailed retention schedule will be approved before live client records and private galleries are used in production.

Your choices and rights

You may ask for access, correction, restriction, deletion or transfer of relevant personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw a consent choice. Rights depend on the circumstances and legal basis. Contact GLOZA using the email above. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Security and cookies

GLOZA uses essential security and session technology. The initial website does not use advertising cookies or payment tracking. The administrator and My GLOZA areas use private access, protected sessions and audit records. Private gallery and media delivery will be activated only after separate storage and production-security checks are complete.

Changes

This notice will be expanded as private client galleries, document handling and reminder services are activated. Material changes will be dated on this page.
